Welcome abroad Indrea. But, their support is not the very best in industry. Lately I have seen some detoriation but usually my emails are answered in 1-2 days. Earlier I used to find them almost 24x7 on ICQ and AIM but haven't seen them on line for almost a month now. But all my emails are answered in a day or two. One more thing, I'm very happy with their server up time though. My server has been up for more than 51 days now :)
