Oh my god thanks Curt! I don't know when they added that in for windows but now my scripts are flying. My scripts are pretty bloated since I'm using both smarty and adodb and my times were hovering around 1.5 seconds but I installed mmcache and I'm at 0.14 seconds now. Sweet!
mmcache should really take out needing visual c and put this in its place 1. Copy mmcache.dll to C:\PHP\extensions\mmcache.dll 2.
