Agreed, but this particular research is against "servers". Considering that the majority of the world's servers run on some form of Unix, this makes sense. The situation spawning this discussion appeared to be a desktop problem, which is what we hear about most often, and is where MS has earned its "reputation" for insecurity and vulnerability.


I wouldn't say you're a troll. You're probably just tired of seeing Windows
bashed at every opportunity and are having your doubts as to whether it is
deserved (and feeling like someone needs to play devil's advocate anyway, just
so that people at least consider another perspective).
