Dear all, I wanted to invite anyone interested to come along to the 'Intersection of Gender, Race and Disability with Philosophy of Science' reading group, which starts up again this Monday (8th), 2-3pm, in the HPS Board Room.
This Monday we'll be discussing: Allen, Anita L. (2009). The Poetry of Genetics: On the Pitfalls of Popularizing Science. Hypatia 24 (4): 247–257. This term we have a wide variety of readings covering topics such as trans philosophy, cognitive disability, decolonising science, and feminist epistemology.
