Maybe all transformation rules are defaults to "visible rule classes"
(see ReRuleManager allRules)

can you check
ReRuleManager classAdded: aClassAddedAnnouncement
I am not sure the     (aClassAddedAnnouncement classAdded isKindOf:
RBLintRule) works as intended.
