i should add that it only shows up after i used it.

and i use this way:
b:=MyRBTransformationRule new runOnEnvironment: a.
b builder changes do:[:r|r execute].
and afterwards MyRBTransformationRule also appears in the lower
SystemBrowser pane if applicable.
