We could probably start with

RBClassRegexRefactoring new
  renameClasses;
  replace: '^Dhb(.*)$' with: 'NM$1' ignoreCase: false;
  execute.

or whatever prefix you prefer :)

I wrote some DHB extensions for easier building of matrices,
if anyone give me access to the SciSmalltalk repository I could push them
for review.
