What have I missed? I can do the pg_dump stuff if noone else wants to.
I'm all of a sudden really busy :( Extra karate at nights + new responsibilities at work, so my plan on doing the stuff listed for pg_dump under TODO (specifically comments on index and composite type columns) is rather lagging. If you feel like doing those, let me know and I won't bother.
