I am working on preparation the migration from 9.2 to 9.4

pg_upgrade fails

 pg_upgrade -b /usr/lib64/pgsql/postgresql-9.2/bin -B /usr/bin/ -d
/mnt/ebs/pgsql/data -D /mnt/ebs/pgsql/data94 -k'
