In any case I think this side discussion has proven there is not universal understanding on the particulars and in any case we ought to have clear definitions (probably with examples) documented somewhere if anyone is expected to take them quite so specifically. Also, given Tom's remarks on the other part of this thread, I would not be surprised if this turned out to be a much larger change than Fujii-san originally hoped for, and thus may in fact get delayed to next CF.
