OK, what I didn't want to do we to over-complexify something that is for only a few users. In a way that user has to be special for this case because of the requirement that at least one person be able to connect when you flip that flag.
Also, I don't want to add a column to pg_shadow. Seems like overkill. Please suggest another name for the file.
