As a PostgreSQL user, I *wholeheartedly* agree. I have no need nor interest in a Win32 solution. Period. If I perceive that an effort to add a Win32 postgresql is adversely impacting the ongoing development of Unix-based PostgreSQL then I will start looking at other solutions.
