I would think this should produce the following:

        Table "bar.mytab"
 Column |  Type   | Modifiers
--------+---------+-----------
 f1     | text    |
 f1     | integer |

        Table "foo.mytab"
 Column |  Type   | Modifiers
--------+---------+-----------
 f2     | text    |
 f3     | integer |
