Yesterday I spent a few hours packaging pg_dirty_hands and pg_surgery(BTW it
works fine for 12).
It's a kind of a 911 tool, one doesn't think they will need it until they
actually do. And clocks are ticking.
OTOH, it opens new ways to shoot in the foot.
