Modifying data type of slot_keep_segs from XLogRecPtr to XLogSegNo

Hi,

Currently, slot_keep_segs is defined as "XLogRecPtr" in KeepLogSeg(),
but it seems that should be "XLogSegNo" because this variable is
segment number.

How do you think?
