Regarding the following: Change the default CREATE SUBSCRIPTION streaming option from "off" to "parallel" (Hayato Kuroda, Masahiko Sawada, Peter Smith, Amit Kapila) The author name was incorrectly listed in the commit; it should be "Vignesh C".
