[GENERAL] Relation 'pg_user' does not exist

I get the following error trying to make my backups:

getTypes(): SELECT failed.  Explanation from backend: 'ERROR:
Relation 'pg_user' does not exist

How can I fix the error without losing any of our data, or at least
get my dumps working again?
