[BUGS] Problems with initdb

Hi,


I tried installed PostgreSql using CygWin in Windows 2000.
I got the following error when I tried to run initdb.

creating configuration files... ok > creating template1 database in /usr/share/postgresql/data/bas > d not create shared memory segment: Function not implemented > DETAIL: Failed system call was shmget(key=1, size=1081344, 0 > > initdb: failed

Could  you help me to solve this problem?
