A number of people have kindly suggested potential meeting venues. In order to assist with the choice of option I would like to volunteer to collate these suggestions and present a list to the group in approximately a weeks time, whereupon the Group will be able to vote on the options.
I suggest we don't exclude any venues before we have a full picture. I can contact the people offering suggestions directly for any clarifications needed so as to be able to provide the Group with all the information likely to be needed to make a decision.
