a useful compromise (depending on your location) might be that you put a desk 
right in front of your location. That is nearly no effort (except for the 
magisterial permit unless you just ignore that) but may give you an impression 
how people on the street react. And if someone is interested you can just send 
them inside.

I guess if you contact even one which has not responded you mind find someone 
in a similar position: Not enough time to do it on his own for his association 
but willing to help you as preparation for a later event in his own group.

It's easier to get such commitments when meeting face-to-face than on a 
mailing list. On your next meeting you should ask the people directly. Very 
improbable that noone is willing to do anything.

Not really. It's more oir less the usual situation. And the LPD is "designed 
to be OK with such situations". Just start and see how far you get. If it's 
not enough for 2016.2 then it probably is for 2017.
