Now that everything tends to run maximised, how do I drag a document from an
open folder into an open email?
I can find other ways to do it (including the obvious: un-maximising things as
necessary) but is there a way to drag and alt-tab at the same time, or drag
onto the open email on a task bar, or something similar?
