I'm a proud holder of the RHCSA & echoing Stuart's reply Centos is the
distro to go for - I ran two instances side by side as VMs to do most of my
exercises (particularly network related ones). This is a good tactic as you
can snapshot the system and re-practice config changes by rolling back
until you have it completely off pat.

Fedora is probably absolutely fine as well but if you have a cutting edge
version you may be asking for problems.

The URL in your email is a good representation of the knowledge needed
(although the devil is in the detailed knowledge)
