Hi Stuart. As far as CRM solutions, few years ago I had a look at epesi BIM. http://www.epesibim.com/ It seemed quite good, so you can have a look at it.
Otherwise http://www.opencrx.org/, it should be free (as in speak). Other than these products, it depends on what your business is! Maybe you should consider bacula or amanda for backups? Good luck!
