no, because I managed to upload said skydive video with backing music 
whereas its owner did not. He was on AOL, maybe that made a difference 
or maybe he used a different codec or something that allowed it to be 
automatically recognised - it happened almost straight away.

It might just be the rights owners flagging it up, they might trawl the 
site I suppose.
