I am emailing to enquire about diatomaceous earth and it's efficiency against booklouse. 1. Does any have experience with this product? 2. Does diatomaceous earth penetrate the exoskeleton of the booklouse? 3. Have you had any success with this product and if so against which species? 4. Is there a specific brand you're using? 5. Any pros and cons? Any research papers are also very welcome. We are specifically looking to target booklice but if it's also effective against silverfish or any other common archival pests that would be interesting to know as well.
