Hi Chris, This definitely looks like a webbing clothes moth to me. I’m no expert, but as we’ve been combatting an infestation of these little nuisances for 18 months I’ve seen more than my fair share of this particular species. They also have that characteristic reddish hair tuft, and the light brown/gold-ish wings. The size is dead on, too.
