Highly related. But since the RFC 5 wasn't extended after discussion of
both multiline comments and in-line comments to include in-line comments,
I wrote RFC 102 to complement it, and capture that part of the discussion
that pertained to in-line comments.
Because of the prior discussion, I doubt there will be much additional
discussion of RFC 102, if any.
Mr. Matthews (author of RFC 5) and I thought this would be an appropriate
way to keep the features separable yet complementary.
