Going through the commit messages, I see that chromatic indicated in the commit message adding this that we'd need to have a recent version of TAP::Harness installed. IWBNI the failure mode here was a graceful reminder to install the module. Can we get a patch for that put in? particle, can you update Bundle::Parrot to add this dependency and push a new release?
