Absolutely.  However, as of 0.6.1 we are at the stage where outsiders
like myself can finally meaningfully contribute -- we should expect a
few more monthly releases with significant churn before we get close
enough to 1.0 to worry that we have not fully stabilized.  Heck, we've
got some months before some of the core PDDs are up for implementation,
so I expect that we are at least a season or two from having to worry
that our churn is too high.  (Not that we shouldn't expect high quality
even now -- we should just expect a lot of change in the coming months,
purely from where Parrot is in its development cycle.)
