I was just fixing various format problems.  There's a *lot* in the PDD that 
doesn't match what we're doing.  Bad bad bad, on many many many people.

We need to crack down.  That doesn't necessarily mean we need to adhere to 
the coding standards as written - it could probably use some adjustment to 
reflect reality.

But we need to get that done so we *can* crack down.
