These three patches didn't apply and I really want them. Hence, I'm
taking no more patches to:
    assemble.pl, 
    build_interp_starter.pl, 
    disassemble.pl, 
    make_op_header.pl
    and process_opfunc.pl until I have Damien's patch applied.

To Configure.pl until I have Brent's patch applied.

Or until any of the other source files and Makefile until I have Tanton's
patch applied. In fact, Brent and Tanton should work together so that
Makefile.in is hacked up and not Makefile.
