Second use of module-starter (plus Module::Starter::Smart), with Build for the build process.
Just set up a simple .module-starter/config like so: plugins: Module::Starter::Simple Module::Starter::Smart author: Bill Dueber email: dueb...@umich.edu builder: Module::Build verbose: 1 Then: module-builder --module =My::Module ...and you're off to the races.
