I have been using MARC.PM for several years and have it working on several
servers. I am now in the process of setting up a new server. In doing the
install, I am getting an error saying that Make can't find Encode.pm. This
is the first time I have ever seen this problem. A quick check on CPAN
didn't locate a module that seem to match what this was asking for? Can
anyone point me to the right place.
