MARCMaker format preliminary module

I have posted a preliminary version of a MARC::File::MARCMaker 
module, based on MARC.pm's functionality for working with 
MARCMaker/MARCBreaker format files. The new module is in very 
preliminary form and has not really been tested at all, other than to 
see that it compiles and is able to read a .mrk format file and print 
out raw MARC (using MARC::Record::as_usmarc) format records.

Since the module is not really ready for use, I have placed it on my 
site in the inprocess directory, at:

I welcome comments and suggestions. The TODO.txt file explains some 
known issues.

Regarding the UTF-8 discussion, I'm limited to MacOS 9.2.2 on my 
development computer, which means being restricted to Perl 5.8.0 
(alpha?). As a result,  MARC::File::MARCMaker may not necessarily 
support UTF/Unicode any time soon.
