You would end up with autodie in both perl/site/lib and perl/lib - and "use autodie;" would cause Perl to load the autodie that's in perl/site/lib (as that directory comes before perl/lib in @INC). This could be worked around, but if you weren't aware of what was happening, it might lead to some head scratching.
