I would first try Module::ScanDeps which is used by PAR (see below). A
search of cpan also reveals Module::Depends which, from its description
looks like it could be useful - and there's also Module::Dependency which
might be worth investigating.

ActiveState provides one in their perl development kit, but I would
recommend trying the pp utility that comes with the PAR module (freely
available from cpan). Check the Readme for instructions relating to the
installation of a pre-compiled PAR if you don't have a compiler. ActiveState
also provide a ppm for PAR, though I think it's a little out of date. (The
current PAR version is 0.89.)

Fwiw, PAR's pp successfully compiled the following script into an executable
which ran successfully - though I didn't try running it on a different
machine:

use strict;
use warnings FATAL => qw|all|;
use bytes;
use File::Spec;
use Hash::Util qw|lock_hash unlock_hash|;
use List::Util qw|first|;
use Scalar::Util qw|looks_like_number|;
use Win32::ActAcc;
use Win32::API;
use Win32::Console;
use Win32::OLE;
use Win32::OLE::Const;
use Win32::Semaphore;

print "DONE\n";

__END__

Cheers,
Rob
