Hey Vic (if you are still lurking around, lets hope)

Ya, I was getting greedy at the thought of 800mm.  No doubt the 400mm will
keep me occupied for some time.  A TC is in the future, so many of us own
one, it seems unfair that I do not! :-)   I really like the fact that I may
be able to thse the 1.4x-L for more power and holding quality.  We'll see.
I can't afford it now.  My FA 100mm f/2.8 Macro has been fantantasic, so
would your still recommend the Viv. 2x Macro knowing that?  My very good
reason is only one right now -- fun.  I guess that is reason enough, but I
see where you are coming from Vic.
