Well, I've taken the chance.  Actually a safe transaction if it doesn't
work, but Bruce D. has the A and uses the L so I'm sure I'll be ok.

I'm sticking with the 1.4x, so I get the faster, yet still slow, f/8.
Perhaps you thought the 2x-L wouldn't/doesn't fit?
