Obviously there is the Pentax 28/3.5 shift and one very nice lens is the 
Schneider PC Super Angulon 2,8/28 in K mount however for the price you could 
probably buy quite a nice view camera kit.

They are quite expensive and require a lens of a larger format than the camera 
body which means that the AOV won't be all that wide, so they aren't well 
suited to architectural photography.
