Chris, I really don't think the ZX-L has true Servo based focus in spite of what some have said. The PZ-1p is another camera that has true servo based focus. The really easy test is to put it in servo mode and pick a moving subject, press the shutter halfway down and pan with it. If it doesn't keep focusing with the changing subject it isn't servo. Pentax really clouds the issue on the ZX line by making a big deal about predictive focus. Not even remotely the same thing.
