What a great gallery! I realised my comment about your first one you
showed us just went to you.. (that buggy "reply" thing in Thunderbird)
and then
I didn't realise you sent a link to the full gallery until I saw some
comment that indicated there was a second link..
You certainly had a few that had they been Pentax-taken would do ... and
incidentally, my submission for the fun PUG was taken in Paris. Some of
you will have seen it before.

Here’s a ‘best of’ gallery from the trip. I spent a night in Paris, cycled to
Meaux along the canal de l’Ourq, spent a few days sightseeing in Meaux, then
returned to Paris along the banks of the Marne and through the Bois de
Vincennes. Another night and a morning in Paris, then home.

The photos were all done on my iPhone.
After the event, and having seen people on the banks of the Marne picnicking
like it was 1936, it occurred to me that with a Pentax I could have taken some
fun HCB-clone shots for the forthcoming PUG.

Taken with my phone.
I reckon that with the sun a few degrees to the right so that the shadows are
aligned you could make a good go at mimicking the original reflections with
shadows, if someone jumped in front of the traffic.
