I can get C-41 processed (at least 35mm C-41), but I've got a refrigerator full of E-6, 120 & 4x5 films.

Processing C-41 yourself in any format is easy, in my book easier than b/w because you don't need endless tables of dilutions, times and temperatures. With C-41, everything is done with the same parameters. It can be done at home with little more than a developing tank, a bucket of warm water, a thermometer and the C-41 chemicals.

E6, however, is another thing, not least because it requires very tight temperature control. If there is no local lab to process it you will have to send it in for processing.
