Again, thanks to all for your generous comments. Bob, I must say I would have not thought to compare my images to HCB!
Paul and Larry, your comments about style/palate combined with the HCB allusions have got me thinking about what I am doing. I certainly do not have a conscious style or palate that I strive for, I don’t have a pre-set in LightRoom to render images “my” way. I just take photos that are interesting to me and then tweak them in LR if needed until they look “right.” And I certainly agree that most of the set I posted seem to fit together. So, I will try to give some more thought to why I am doing what I am doing to achieve the outcome I am getting. BTW Ann, back to your earlier comment, at least one of my submissions to the Annual is a close cousin to one posted here.
