Hi Aaron, as I live in Prague, I can humbly give the best suggestions ;-)

processing C41, E6,...

The average price of express C41 is about 1.50$ (50 CZK), around two
times that for express E6. Cut and sleeved, professional processing
(so no scratches, no dust, etc - I mention only the labs that care for
pros). These are labs that can give you full-frame prints (oversized
carrier mask). All labs mentioned can C41 develop 120 (and I presume 220
too) express, that's even in 20 minutes if the machine is not full at
the moment you ask!

ULTRALAB. I can give you the addresses, it's Eliasova street and
Vladislavova street, the second is directly in the center. They
process C41 up to 120(220?) express if they don't have a major work
for newspapers at the moment. They print up to 26x39cm (use Fuji Frontier
digital machine). Lots of pros use them, they are not cheap but with
USD/even CAD to CZK rate, it might be your cheapest processing ever
(or again, not - photography is not inexpensive here). You can even
(at 25% premium) arrange for you to be at the printing session,
directing the printer in way of colour corrections and such.

The Eliasova street branch does express E-6 (in 3 hours) too, if they
don't have a full machine at the moment from some damned news pro :)

CTK - in center too, but I dislike them, although they are part
of Czech press agency, and we had big problems with their lab quality
control in the past. Bad experience sticks, and I have never been
there since with my film. (scratches, unsufficient washing of E6,
underdeveloping). Perhaps they care only for the biggest customers.

THALIA PICTA - even better than ULTRALAB, perhaps, but slightly out of
center. Do mainly E6 even express even sheet sizes, now C41 too (also
in Jobo tanks for some quirky processing). Print on Fuji Frontier too
(digital wet printing), so slides are cheaper than ciba (but not as
good as traditional ciba IMO).

FOTOSKODA, Vodickova street - C41 too, Frontier too. Alternative, but
often too long times. Used by amateurs more, so some queves at times.

Second, why I did not include any Kodak Q lab in the above list -
simply, I don't know any really good ones. I am sure they exist, but
in the few pro kodak labs I was in, the staff was either incompetent
or downright unfriendly to smaller customers. If I am not a graphic
arts studio sending them tons of work but just a small freelancer,
does that mean they have to be unfriendly to me? I guess not...

2)If you ran out of film, check FOTOSKODA, and LM FOTO (Jiriho z
Podebrad square), these have
the best prices and stock almost any film incl. Kodachrome 64/200 at
FOTO SKODA.
(sadly, for processing, it must be sent to Switzerland, and Kodak
Czech doesn't pay the postage, so that film is out of question for me).
In particular, the people at LM FOTO (Italska street and Jiriho z
Podebrad square) are particulary caring, and stock some film cheaper
than Skoda. Although be warned, Ilford is over last 5 years increasing
and increasing its film prices, while Kodak film prices tend to be
about the same ;-( As I like B&W Ilfords more, I can only weep (and
buy them in 30.5m bulk rolls, which works for 40% savings...)

If you get desperate and want to develop B&W here, I am sorry but
can't help you - I have no experience at all of lab B&W processing
here, as I do home all my B&W. But currently all B&W goes into the
drawer, as I am rebuilding my "darkroom" into more of a darkroom...

Now, don't let your significant other see this mail or she might think
you are not going for a honeymoon but for photography trip ;-))

Enjoy it here. If you like, I can think of some nice places to
recommend visiting not of everyday tourist nature, but let me know what are you
interested in. When are you coming?

BTW, 67 gear is currently IMO expensive here. But I will let you see
my Pentacon Six TL with attached 2.8/180 Olympia Sonnar ;-)) Ah, and
please don't buy out all the Pentax lenses at sale here secondhand...
;)
