This one sounds like he's got a front-right wheel bearing that needs to
be checked.
Might be but it could also be wind noise due to the camera being mounted on
the outside - needs a wind sock.
I encountered the same issue with my Go Pro mounted on the outside of the
windshield while in a parade.
