I gave some thought to the K-3ii and K-P since either would also have pixel shift. APS-C has some advantages for macro work in that the image does not have to be magnified as much to fill the frame. But ultimately the K-1 seemed to be the way to go. The only drawback to the K-1 that I see is that it might trigger an LBA relapse.
