The chair was pumped up too high... and the back was loose.. it wasn't nicely balanced, like my remaining wheelies, but I also shouldnt ahve tried to stop myself from falling.. that was stupid.. I'm so much better now.

Dusting? feh. a bit in the winter, hardly needed in the summer with all the AC on... Since I don't smoke , and no one is allowed to in the building, that helps too.

Sounds like you looked at more than the kitchen... a couple more chairs got replaced ... I love my rent controlled apartment in the landmark protected building... so lucky am I.
