Hi folks, The aperture coupling chain on the 6x7 body is a bit fragile, and it's not uncommon that the chain eventually breaks. The repair is somewhat expensive if you take it to a repair shop, but I found from personal experience that it's not too difficult to fix it yourself. Recently, I passed what I learned on to another 6x7 owner -- an astrophotography buff from Austria who had posted a request for assistance on Photo.net. He was able to complete the repair, and he's now posted my repair instructions, along with a few of his pictures, on his web site.
