Left, Left.

I used my left eye even in the film days.
But, as I also wear spectacles, that meant I couldn't use the
film advance lever with the camera up to my eye.
That's why I've almost always had  power winders for my cameras.

(The exception was the SPII.  But starting with the MX that I got
in 1976, every film camera I bought came accompanied by a winder.)
