Thanks, Franks and John, for your comments. This is at an environmental education center. They are trying to make a point (and using tobacco money to preach). This place is located in my county, and the county recycling lets us put all recyclables in one container for curbside pick-up every other week.
John, do you have Freecycle where you are?
